The triangles delineate the optical axis; and while this is a radiative axis of the crystal, energy has the same double-vortex dynamic for the other axes. For instance, the orientation of the crystal when worn has the piezoelectric axis resting directly on the body. 

This can be considered an optimal orientation, as there is energy flux through the other vertices and faces of the crystal. This can be felt directly by placing the crystal in the palm of the hand with the apex up, the energy flux in the hand and meridians can be tangibly felt. 

So in short: the Z-or optical axis runs up and down, so when you are wearing the ARK crystal the Z-axis is aligned with your body and directing energy into it. As well, the X-axis is resting across the body, which is an optimal orientation of the crystal, as the piezoelectric or electromechanical axis is aligned with the electrical current of the heart, potentially resonating the crystal with the body's intrinsic electrical rhythm.

Testing has shown that one ARK crystal has an effective radius of about 6 cm.

Important note: The effective radius is not the same as the maximum radius. The effective radius refers specifically to the distance from the crystal at which point we stop seeing maximal effects in our indicator test system (increased growth rate of plants). 

Effects may still be observed outside of this maximal effective radius. The effective radius refers to the range of the strongest effect of the ARK crystal, for instance in potentiating water.

The ARK crystal's quartz takes about 2-3 years to grow, and it is required to be lab grown so it is pure without any naturally occurring fractures. The molecular structure spec is specific [z-axis orientation], and grown as such to ensure that the electromagnetic treatment is maintained indefinitely.

While studies indicate that the water will remain in its potentiated state, we suggest you drink it in a timely manner, as environmental factors can affect the water. Using the bottle with your ARK crystal allows for continuous exposure to its  coherent field of interaction.

Your ARK crystal can be used to structure, potentiate, or bring coherence to the molecular structure of water and other liquids, such as juices, wine, oils, and creams. 

You can use the bottle for convenience or you can make your own “charging station” at home. The liquid should be within 6cm of the ARK crystal. Testing has shown that one single ARK crystal has an effective radius of about 6 cm. Simply put your liquid into a container (preferably glass) and suspend the container, centered over the crystal with the crystal's orientation markings (triangles) pointing up. Use blocks or some other common items that will safely elevate your container over the crystal on a flat, stable surface. Some of our community uses an upside down pyrex dish to create a platform for a water container, placing their ARK crystal underneath. The liquid will start increasing in intermolecular structure within 20 minutes of exposure to the crystal, with full saturation within 48 hours, depending on the liquid and size of the container.

IMPORTANT – Please do NOT place the ARK crystal in water or any liquid. Immersion is not required for treating water and should be avoided. Water can cause oxidation on the magnets in the ARK crystal’s saddle and result in staining the quartz. Our lifetime warranty does not cover damage as a result of immersion. Do not worry about general use; for example, if you are caught in the rain wearing your ARK crystal, simply  air dry or touch up with a cloth. ARK Crystal is NOT responsible for damage as a result of immersion.

On the base of your ARK crystal tetrahedron is a unique 6-digit serial number. This allows you to easily identify your crystal from others, which comes in handy when building larger geometric structures with friends and family. To read correctly, the serial number begins with the 2 digits (marked with dots on each side) that distinguish the location of the crystal's x-axis, i.e. 'XD' 'XJ' 'XG'

The ‘X_’ demarcation denotes the x-axis, or electromechanical axis of the crystal. An example of a serial number would read: 'XD' - Y0 - 42

We strongly encourage you to take a photo of the base of your ARK crystal and the Certificate of Authenticity for your reference.

From the ARK community’s feedback, the experience may change over time, and the experience or “feeling” of the crystal can even be dependent on physical/emotional state.The technology holds a coherent field that is in resonance with the background energy of spacetime and geometrically resonates with water and quartz.

However, we understand the excitement around experiencing the ARK crystal’s field with the sense of “touch." You can try this exercise:

Place the ARK crystal in your hand (serialized base of the crystal in the center of your palm/triangular markings pointing up), at a time during the day/night that you feel most relaxed and undistracted.

Place your other hand (relaxed) about 3 inches above the crystal.

For several minutes, focus on your breath, taking inventory of any feeling in the center of your palms.

Community feedback reports feelings of “tingles” in their fingers, a slight pulsing sensation, or the feeling of a “thick air” between their palm and the crystal.

Again, being able to “feel” the field or not, is no indication of whether or not the crystal is "working". All ARK crystals are fully functional and are assembled and modulated with precision and care.
